Types of Exercise You Must Never Do

Even if you and your partner have struggled with infertility for years, it is still possible to get pregnant quick.  The answers to conceiving that longed-for baby may not be found in the doctor’s office or the waiting rooms of fancy technology-driven fertility clinics.  These practitioners overlook the simple root causes of infertility, which must be identified and cured before real success is possible.

To this end, a healthy body inside and out is a must when baby dreams are difficult to achieve. One of the most often overlooked treatments that can reverse infertility while increasing the health of the body, avoiding costly prescriptions and painful medical procedures, is that of regular physical exercise.

Is the Answer to Infertility as Simple as Exercise?

Couples suffering through the nightmare of infertility are often shocked to learn that the answer to their problems could be so simple, but more and more often research is proving this to be true.

Exercise for exercise sake is not enough.  A cardiologist might be apt to tell you running three miles daily is great for your heart, assuming of course you are physically up to the challenge.  That is a whole other ball game, health wise.  The reproductive systems in both men and women are far more delicate.  Strenuous exercises, like heavy weight lifting, running or even jogging tend to be stressful.  This added stress is of course counterproductive.

No matter what kind of exercise routine you and your partner choose to help you get pregnant, it is always important to check with your health care provider before a radical change of routine.  Your doctor may be able to cast further light on your particular fertility challenges (or other health concerns) and help you to modify your exercise plan to better fit all your needs.

Specific Types of Exercise that Boost Fertility

The best exercises to kick start the reproductive system and help you get pregnant are generally low impact.  One such exercise is Qi Gong.  Qi Gong, while centuries old and well known in Asian countries, does not enjoy the same notoriety outside Asia.

Qi Gong has the same basic premise as yoga and Tai Chi, such as a holistic approach to physical activity. It engages all body systems: mind, body control and movement of the body, and consciousness of the breath.

A step by step plan on how to include the best exercises to help you get pregnant is included in the new book The Pregnancy Miracle. A complete guide to Qi Gong is included.  To learn more, click here.
