This May Be Sabotaging Your Baby Making Effort

In every person’s life, there comes the time when there is a fundamental shift in one’s attitude towards pregnancy. The goal of avoiding it at all costs is replaced by a new and profound desire to get pregnant.  When this happens many couples are woefully ignorant to the needs and delicate balance of processes which set pregnancy in motion.

The assumption that the uncomfortable “talk” squirmingly endured by parents and youth alike sometime during the child’s adolescence. That paired with the subsequent comparison of notes in locker room giggles has provided enough information to find one’s self profoundly lacking in substantive knowledge.

Getting Pregnant: Step One

The first and most obvious step when pregnancy is the desired outcome would be to remove any preventative measure that would have precluded its occurrence. In plain and simple terms: lose the birth control.  This does seem like a no-brain-needed-all-in-one solution. It is not really that simple. A lot depends on the kind of birth control that was being used.

With over 100 million women worldwide using birth control pills, it is not surprising to learn that most monogamous couples use “the pill” as their method of contraception.  While it is true that the easy act of tossing the pill into the trash is promised to create a fertile condition the very first month, this is not really the case.

Upon closer inspection of the fine print, couples wishing to conceive are advised to stop taking the pill and use a non-hormone form of birth control for 6-12 months before trying for a baby.

This waiting period is a precautionary one. The effects of the synthetic hormones in birth control pills don’t just vanish when the pill is no longer taken daily.  On the contrary, in tests it has been shown that these hormones take their toll long after the prescription has been lining a landfill.

One of the most common negative side effects of birth control is a lingering damper on fertility, or the creation of an infertile environment, which can linger on for months.

Get Pregnant: Step Two

So, take the average couple that now wants to get pregnant, yet they can’t.  If a time machine were readily available perhaps, the easiest solution would be to go back in time and select a different hormone-free contraceptive.  Since that choice is not available, couples are left to find other solutions.

Herbal supplements are one of the best ways to counter act the negative effects of birth control hormones.  Fertility herbs work in with almost the exact opposite goal of oral contraceptives. Herbs work with the body to gently help the body find, reestablish, and strengthen its natural chemical balance and function.  Birth control pills on the other hand work by overwhelming the body system and forcing it into an unnatural rhythm.

Herbs like blesses thistle, liquid chlorophyll and Dong Quai Root among others have a proven track record of success to help the body reach optimum fertility and increase any couple’s chances of getting pregnant. Once the body system is balanced and ready for fertilization, getting pregnant can become the simple matter it was once thought to be.

The optimum amount of blesses thistle. liquid chlorophyll and Dong Quai Root is revealed on the book Pregnancy Miracle. Click here to learn more in your effort to get pregnant.
