Predict Ovulation with 98% Accuracy and Get Pregnant Fast

Knowing when really is half the battle

It can be pretty tricky to predict ovulation. For many women, this is the last portion of the menstrual cycle on their minds. If you asked these women if they’d rather know an exact time for ovulation of the beginning of the menstrual flow, they’d pick knowing when they can expect the flow to begin every time.

These women are obviously not concerned with fertility, conception or anything else that goes along with getting pregnant and having a healthy baby. Women whose menstrual goals have turned from mess preparation to baby making are all about ovulation, especially if they are struggling with infertility problems.

There are three main ways to predict ovulation and each has its own specific advantages and drawbacks.

Ovulation Predictor One

Most drugstores sell ovulation kits. An ovulation kit works by measuring the amount of certain hormones in a woman’s urine. The levels of these hormones vary throughout a woman’s menstrual cycle and usually peak at the time of ovulation. By testing the hormone levels an ovulation test can help identify fertile times.

The drawbacks are that certain female disorders, like ovarian cysts, can create high levels of the hormone throughout the entire menstrual cycle. This means an ovulation kit would test positive for ovulation all month long, which is hardly helpful.

Cost can be another drawback. When purchased one month at a time the investment is not huge, but it can take several months of testing to get consistently accurate results. This month-to-month expenditure can add up.

Ovulation Predictor Two

The newest technology used to predict ovulation is a spit test. Ovulation actually affects the salvia in a woman’s mouth. Spit tests account for these subtle changes and can predict ovulation with 98% accuracy. The spit test is easier to use with success than more traditional ovulation kits, but there is a drawback.

The major deterrent of spit ovulation test is cost. They can be very costly, over $60 per test. The dual benefits of accuracy and increased ease of use might justify the expense. Some argue spit tests are actually less expensive than traditional ovulation kits in the long run because of these two advantages.

Ovulation Predictor Three

Some might refer to charting as the “old fashioned way”.  It has been a tried and true technique for hundreds of years.  Careful recording of the changes a woman’s body undergoes as her cycle progresses has led many fertility challenged couples into parenthood.  The most important indicators to track are basal body temperature and changes in cervical fluid.

The drawback of this method is the heavy investment required of meticulous record keeping and time on the part of the woman herself.  If not done carefully, there can be a large potential for error and therefore completely useless results.

There are many simple ways to make charting both easy and highly accurate.  For more information on how to chart effectively or make the best use of positive ovulation results, visit this site here.  The book The Pregnancy Miracle not only lays out simple to follow instruction on how to predict ovulation but also provides a guide on how to make the most of it when it occurs.  Most couples find themselves happily pregnant within only 4-6 months using the steps outlined in The Pregnancy Miracle.
