Do you know that gluten can promote infertility for men and women? Well, I don’t know too till I read about that on the Web. Seems like gluten – a common protein found in wheat, rye and barley can cause problems with the digestive system that can cause infertility.Wheat can be hard to digest that can create a problem or illness called celiac disease that can found on men and women.
Women with celiac disease are more prone to have infertility problems especially if they didn’t do anything to treat it. They can also suffer complications like miscarriage and preterm births because of it. For men, an untreated celiac disease can produce abnormal sperms and lower testosterone level which is not good especially if they are trying to get pregnant.
